OVERVIEW

The (Standard) Nomad stands as the flagship model in the Nomad series of everyday carry (EDC) knives. As the leading option in the lineup, it exemplifies the core features and design ethos that define the Nomad collection, offering users a reliable and versatile tool for daily use.

ERGONOMIC DESIGN AND GRIP OPTIONS

The 3 to 3.125 inch Wharncliffe blade featured on the Nomad is specifically engineered to achieve deep cuts, maximizing its effectiveness of its blade size. The ergonomic design supports versatile handling, allowing the user to operate the knife comfortably in both forward and reverse grips. When held in a forward grip, the knife is intended for the thumb to rest securely on the top of the blade, following the Filipino grip technique. This method enables precise control and powerful indexing, letting the user accurately direct the blade to the intended cutting location with confidence. In reverse grip, the handle is thoughtfully shaped so that the user's thumb can roll over the "punyo," which is the butt of the knife. This design element provides a secure and stable hold, enhancing safety and control during use.

 SHEATH OPTIONS and CARRY METHODS

The Nomad offers a variety of sheath options designed to accommodate diverse carry preferences and needs. Users can select from several attachment solutions, including a static cord for secure and adjustable positioning, an Ulti-Clip that allows for discreet and reliable fastening to clothing or gear, and a 90-degree belt clip that provides flexibility in mounting orientation for ease of access.

MEASUREMENT STANDARDS

Blade length is measured from hilt to the tip. This ensures consistency and clarity in determining legal compliance for knife owners from state to state.
